What are your shipping rates?

Standard shipping rates are
calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that duties and
taxes for international orders are not included and must be paid by the buyer
upon delivery.

 How long will my order take to ship?

Shipping times vary by product.
Each item page will specify whether it is a made-to-order or ready-to-ship
piece. We are currently awaiting some of our inventory items, these items will
be depicted under each product listing of the expected ETA.

If you are unsure of the date,
please feel free to contact us to confirm.

If no date is listed, your order
will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

How long does delivery take?

  • Domestic
    (Australia): 3–5 working days
  • International:
    7–10 working days

I need my item urgently — what can I do?

If you require your dress sooner,
please email us and we’ll provide an accurate ETA. We can accommodate express options additional postage fees may apply.

Duties & Taxes

Custom duties, import taxes and any
applicable tarrifs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by
the buyer upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs
authority and vary by country. Alira Bridal does not control or cover these
fees.

Sizing & Measurements

How do I know my size?

Our Sizing Chart differ between styles, please refer to each individual dress style. 

Each individual dress has a measurement that specifies the length of the skirts.

If you are still unsure, please contact us before purchasing.

Our range has been designed to
cater for all shapes and sizes, we recommend reaching out if you are unsure which style may suit your body type. There are different corset structures to suit various bust sizes, and some dresses have padding inclusive for extra lift.

All dresses can accommodate padding being inserted and all padding can be removed from some dresses. Some paddings are sewn in and can be removed by an alteration’s
expert.

Our corsets that are lace up back as designed to suit various sizes, and makes this more adjustable to shape your body well. With our few designs that have invisible zippers we do recommend measuring yourself and checking the relevant size chart.

Yasmin and Delara are able to be altered with ease pending you choose the correct bust size. If in doubt we recommend to size up.

How to Measure Yourself Before Purchasing

To ensure the perfect fit, we
recommend taking your measurements before placing your order. Using a soft tape measure, record your bust, waist and hip measurements following our guide. Measure over minimal clothing, keep the tape level and comfortably snug, and stand naturally. Compare your measurements with our size chart to select the best size for your body shape. If you’re between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for easier alterations.

Absolutely. Email us with your measurements and the style you’re interested in, and our team will guide you to the best fit.

Custom Orders

Do you offer custom-made dresses?

We do not offer customised designs;
however, we can accommodate special order size adjustments.

What type of customisations do you
accept?

We can support size-related changes
only - for example:

  • Longer dress length
  • Adjusted bust, waist or hip measurements
  • Variations for split sizing (larger bust, smaller hips)
  • Plus sizes that are not contained in our size chart

If you have a specific request, please email us and our team will confirm if it is possible.

An additional fee will be applicable for a custom sizing order and this will take around 40 days to manufacture specifically for you.

 Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?

Yes we do offer refunds.

Some products are ineligible for refunds. Please refer to each product page.

Custom Orders are unavailable for refunds or exchanges.

Any sale items or discount codes are ineligible for refund, can only be used towards an exchange or credit note.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes certainly! At Alira we want you to find your dream dress, and ideal fit - all products are eligible for exchange provided they meet our return conditions.

And we offer unlimited exchanges. So you find that dream dress!

We do require all returns to be notified to us within 5 working days of receiving your item. Please email us contact@alirabridal.com.au to organise your return.

Who covers postage for returns?

Return postage costs back to us are borne by the buyer.

We will wear the postage cost to you to send you the exchanged item once we receive the original item back. Maximum of 2 returns per order.

What condition must the item be returned in?

To be accepted, all returns must
meet the following requirements:

  • Fully returned to us in its original state including packaging
  • The product must not be untampered with
  • The security ribbon must be fully intact on the gown
  • No signs of wear including tanning products, perfume, deodorant, makeup, marks, damage or alterations
  • Each return is assessed carefully and individually

Are manufacturing faults covered?

Yes. Any verified manufacturing fault is fully eligible for return or remedy.

My embellished dress is shedding - is this a fault?

No. Due to the nature of hand-beading, glitter tulles and heavy embellishments, minimal shedding is expected and not considered a manufacturing fault. Please email us within 5 working days of receiving your item to express any concerns.

Handcrafted Variations & Colour Disclaimer

Due to the hand-made nature of our gowns, slight variations in fabric texture, lace placement, and beading may occur. These subtle differences are a natural part of artisan production and are not considered faults.

Please note that colours may appear lighter or darker depending on lighting and screen display. We recommend reviewing all product videos and images for the most accurate representation of each style
